Scenic 5KM race in beautiful Carlingford, Co. Louth. 
AAI approved and chiped. Registration online via precistiontiming. net or on the day from 5.30PM to 7.30PM in Parochial Hall. T-shirt for the first 200 registered. 
Cash prizes for winners + 200Euro for breaking the course record of 14:26. 
Prizes for various age categories; 
1st 4 Senior, First 2 Vet men/O40/O45/O50/O55/O60/65 
Firt 4 senior Ladies, First 2 Vet ladies/O40/O45/O50/O55
First/scond Men and ladies team of 4
Junior 1st and 2nd team of 3 (you must be born in 2000 or before to compete in 5KM)
