The club are very proud of these athletes who have shown true determination in training to reach this standard. It was more good news when parents, grandparents and mentors from the club with the athletes were delighted to hear that the club also took club of the year in the under 14 to under19, in the track and field section.

A great night was enjoyed by all.

Club training continues every Tuesday (Fun on the run night for the younger members) and Tuesday and Thursday for competing athletes all at 7 to 8pm. The fit 4 Life group are Monday/Wednesday 7 to 8pm with new members always welcome.

Good luck to our club members who are representing Louth in the even ages and intermediate which will be held at DKIT on Sunday next 23rd November.
